Qu\u00e9 es lo que las hace diferentes y c\u00f3mo puede<strong> Zara <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/Master-Online-Retail-Management\">ganar tanto dinero y crecer en tantos pa\u00edses<\/a><\/strong>. A veces s\u00f3lo tenemos que estudiar su modo de gesti\u00f3n para darnos cuenta de su secreto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El J.I.T. naci\u00f3 en los a\u00f1os 50 y se corresponden a la expresi\u00f3n anglosajona <strong>\u201cJust In Time\u201c<\/strong>, cuya traducci\u00f3n es <strong>\u201cJusto A Tiempo\u201d<\/strong> y\u00a0 se origin\u00f3 en Jap\u00f3n. <a href=\"https:\/\/managersmagazine.com\/index.php\/2011\/03\/factores-de-exito-en-empresas-japonesas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">El \u00e9xito de las empresas japonesas<\/a> vino dado por la nueva visi\u00f3n de la direcci\u00f3n de empresas y una mayor importancia del subsistema de producci\u00f3n. Las empresas japonesas se caracterizan por: productos de calidad similar a la de empresas occidentales, a bajos precios, componentes electr\u00f3nicos, mejoraron la producci\u00f3n y no la comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La competencia industrial internacional depende en gran parte de la superioridad del sistema de producci\u00f3n. La segunda diferencia es que las empresas subcontratadas japonesas obtienen pedidos de la principal con arreglo a un contrato de largo plazo. Casi el 38% de los subcontratistas japoneses realizan el 75% de su volumen de negocio con un solo cliente fabricante. Por ello las empresas japonesas mantienen una estrecha relaci\u00f3n con sus proveedores que hace posible una transparencia de informaci\u00f3n reduciendo los costes de las operaciones entre ambas. De forma que reducen los costes basados en la experiencia de producci\u00f3n a largo plazo. El proveedor se selecciona bas\u00e1ndose en el bajo coste, la gran calidad y en el corto plazo de entrega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El entorno de cambio empresarial est\u00e1 caracterizado <strong>por un incremento de la competencia, <\/strong>convirtiendo la calidad en una de las principales armas. Se demanda una mayor variedad de productos y servicios acortando el ciclo de vida de los mismos.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zara_just_in_time_mas_que_una_tecnica_para_aumentar_la_productividad\"><\/span>Zara just in time.: m\u00e1s que una t\u00e9cnica para aumentar la productividad<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, no podemos estudiar el <strong>sistema J.I.T. <\/strong>como un paquete de software, como el MRP (Material Requirements Planning: Programa de Requerimientos de Material), sino que debemos estudiarlo como <strong>una filosof\u00eda, <\/strong>ya que no \u00fanicamente afecta al proceso productivo, sino que tambi\u00e9n lo hace directamente sobre el personal, la forma de trabajo, los proveedores, etc. Esta filosof\u00eda se basa principalmente en dos expresiones que resumen sus objetivos, \u201cel h\u00e1bito de ir mejorando\u201d y la \u201celiminaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas desperdiciadoras\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En posteriores post veremos las ventajas e inconvenientes de esta filosof\u00eda tan interesante. \u00bf Crees que puede ser el principio de una ventaja competitiva?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hay factores que diferencian las empresas de gran \u00e9xito de otras.
