Pues ya es hora de que lo sepas, puedes estar sufriendo los s\u00edntomas del <strong>s\u00edndrome de<\/strong>\u00a0B<strong>urnout y estr\u00e9s laboral<\/strong>. De hecho se le presupone como una reacci\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gica del organismo que nos prepara para la acci\u00f3n. Y si este estr\u00e9s nos moviliza a la acci\u00f3n, dado el caso, incluso podr\u00eda considerarse positivo ya que nos estimular\u00eda a encontrar nuestra mejor versi\u00f3n. Es el denominado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/gestion-integrada\/el-estres-en-el-ambito-laboral\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Euestr\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El problema surge cuando la conducta se sostiene en el tiempo. Ah\u00ed aparece la figura del <strong>burnout<\/strong>. Si no existen perspectivas de mejora, salga de la empresa y busque ayuda profesional.
