Pere Ju\u00e1rez nos habla en profundidad sobre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/territorio-inesem\/webinars-podcast\/systems-thinking\/\">Systems Thinking en uno de nuestros seminarios de Territorio Inesem<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Desde ni\u00f1os aprendemos a ejecutar la relaci\u00f3n causa-efecto ante los acontecimientos a los que tenemos que enfrentarnos. Pero, \u00bfes esta manera autom\u00e1tica de reaccionar la m\u00e1s eficaz?<\/p>\n<p>El pensamiento sist\u00e9mico o <strong>Systems Thinking<\/strong> trata de ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1. Analiza el problema en conjunto y, por lo tanto, toma una visi\u00f3n que engloba la totalidad de la cuesti\u00f3n. Entiende la realidad como la suma de objetos interconectados entre s\u00ed. Fue en 1937 cuando el bi\u00f3logo austriaco Ludwig von Bertalanffy (1901-1972) present\u00f3 por primera vez la <strong>Teor\u00eda General de Sistemas<\/strong>. En esta teor\u00eda se comprobaba que la forma de an\u00e1lisis anterior era muy limitada al no utilizar la retroalimentaci\u00f3n entre las partes sesgadas. Trata de poder explorar y comprender c\u00f3mo las cosas est\u00e1n interconectadas y relacionadas, de modo que se puedan encontrar soluciones m\u00e1s profundas.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de que esta teor\u00eda naci\u00f3 en el campo de la biolog\u00eda, se fue extendiendo a diferentes disciplinas, siendo aplicable en cualquier \u00e1mbito del entorno.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abPara superar esas crisis necesitamos entender c\u00f3mo funcionan los sistemas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Para llegar a tal comprensi\u00f3n, necesitamos pensar sistem\u00e1ticamente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Los cient\u00edficos, que operan en las diversas disciplinas, est\u00e1n encapsulados en su universo privado y es dif\u00edcil transmitir informaci\u00f3n de un espacio al otro.\u00bb\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ludwig von Bertalanffy, 1901-1972<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Comportamiento_de_enjambre_un_trabajo_interdisciplinar\"><\/span>Comportamiento de enjambre, un trabajo interdisciplinar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En la naturaleza encontramos ejemplos del trabajo y toma de decisiones grupal e <strong>interdisciplinar<\/strong>. El comportamiento de enjambre nos muestra c\u00f3mo las abejas, por ejemplo, trabajan en equipo a diario para poder realizar sus funciones vitales.<\/p>\n<p>En 1986, el inform\u00e1tico Craig Reynolds desarroll\u00f3 Boids, un programa de vida artificial que simulaba el movimiento y comportamiento de la bandada de los estorninos, esas aves que llaman tanto la atenci\u00f3n del ojo humano. Detect\u00f3 tres reglas b\u00e1sicas que estas aves segu\u00edan para que su vuelo grupal funcionase:<\/p>\n<p>1. Un p\u00e1jaro solo necesita no colisionar con nada ni nadie.<\/p>\n<p>2. Si hay m\u00e1s de uno, intenta respetar la regla uno y adem\u00e1s, alcanzar la misma velocidad que los que tiene m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximos.<\/p>\n<p>3. Intenta mantener la atracci\u00f3n del centro de masas y estar m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo a los que tiene m\u00e1s cerca.<\/p>\n<p>Pere Ju\u00e1rez nos explica en el seminario <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/territorio-inesem\/webinars-podcast\/systems-thinking\/\">Systems Thinking de Territorio INESEM<\/a>, <\/strong>c\u00f3mo las bandadas de estorninos aplican el <strong>Systems Thinking<\/strong> en sus vuelos tan llamativos. Los \u00faltimos estudios demuestran que cada estornino de estas bandadas va modificando su posici\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con los siete p\u00e1jaros que lo rodean directamente. El <strong>pensamiento circular<\/strong> es vital para asumir que todos los elementos est\u00e1n interconectados entre s\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>cambio<\/strong>, ya que los sistemas y sus elementos est\u00e1n en continuo movimiento y pueden variar o alterarse.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>retroalimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, puesto que todas las partes est\u00e1n conectadas entre s\u00ed de alguna manera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_aplicacion_de_Systems_Thinking_a_la_innovacion\"><\/span>La aplicaci\u00f3n de Systems Thinking a la innovaci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>innovaci\u00f3n de sistemas<\/strong> es la aplicaci\u00f3n de Systems Thinking a la innovaci\u00f3n. Para empezar a aplicar esta disciplina necesitamos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sentido de la <strong>intencionalidad<\/strong>: Systems Innovation es producto de un proceso intencional destinado a dar forma a los cambios dentro de un sistema adaptativo complejo, lo que requiere cierta conciencia de todo el sistema.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complejidad<\/strong>: son respuestas a problemas destinadas a encontrar nuevas formas de organizaci\u00f3n para resolver el conflicto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estructura<\/strong>: requiere cambios no solo en las partes, sino tambi\u00e9n en la estructura del sistema como un todo, lo que resulta en la aparici\u00f3n de nuevos patrones, procesos y funcionalidades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cocreaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: es un compromiso con un proceso inclusivo de cambio que no puede ser el producto de ninguna organizaci\u00f3n centralizada, sino que debe ser una creaci\u00f3n conjunta de muchos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beneficios_del_pensamiento_sistemico\"><\/span>Beneficios del pensamiento sist\u00e9mico<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El uso de este sistema es muy beneficioso tanto a nivel personal como en un contexto empresarial, puesto que <strong>fomenta la productividad<\/strong> y la visi\u00f3n compartida, de forma que siempre daremos con una conclusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s estudiada y cuestionada.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Systems Thinking<\/strong> nos proporciona un gran n\u00famero de beneficios en diferentes \u00e1mbitos. A nivel personal nos ayuda a coordinar nuestras reacciones cotidianas, afectando a nuestro bienestar tanto f\u00edsico como emocional. Tambi\u00e9n nos ayuda a ver las situaciones desde una perspectiva hol\u00edstica y a actuar de una manera m\u00e1s consecuente.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel empresarial nos ayuda en la gesti\u00f3n del trabajo en equipo, sumando diferentes perspectivas que se retroalimentan para conseguir el resultado m\u00e1s completo y eficiente posible. Esta <strong>visi\u00f3n multidisciplinar<\/strong> es vital para el crecimiento y consolidaci\u00f3n de las empresas, ya que favorece las relaciones laborales entre los miembros de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Caso_de_estudio_Clean_Air\"><\/span>Caso de estudio: Clean Air<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pere Ju\u00e1rez expone en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/territorio-inesem\/webinars-podcast\/systems-thinking\/\">uno de nuestros seminarios de Territorio Inesem<\/a> <\/strong>el caso de estudio Clean Air. La problem\u00e1tica inicial es la existencia de ni\u00f1os hospitalizados por problemas respiratorios. La soluci\u00f3n viene dada desde una <strong>innovaci\u00f3n adquirida de manera hol\u00edstica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tesla, como tecnol\u00f3gica, va en contra de la contaminaci\u00f3n del aire, por lo que se presta ayudar a encontrar una soluci\u00f3n junto al hospital. Ambos buscan una soluci\u00f3n basada en la realidad virtual para concienciar sobre la limpieza ambiental de las ciudades y as\u00ed mejorar la calidad de vida de los ni\u00f1os. A partir de ah\u00ed se empiezan a construir todos los posibles actores que se van a poner en marcha en el ecosistema: d\u00f3nde est\u00e1n, c\u00f3mo van a conectarse y c\u00f3mo van a intercambiar valor entre los diferentes actores. Es aqu\u00ed cuando a trav\u00e9s del <strong>System Innovation<\/strong> nace el concepto de Actants (actantes). En este caso, un actante puede ser tecnolog\u00eda, un hospital, el gobierno, una cadena de televisi\u00f3n\u2026 en definitiva, todos los que van a interaccionar dentro del ecosistema y aportar\u00e1n un valor para el desarrollo de la soluci\u00f3n final: ense\u00f1ar a los ni\u00f1os a manejarse en un mundo con el aire m\u00e1s limpio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"columnContainerComponent parbase\">\n<div class=\"columns-component column-content-3 style-bg-white \" data-uid=\"121464842\">\n<div class=\"container-gutter container-fluid\">El <strong>pensamiento sist\u00e9mico<\/strong> consiste en ver las partes no obvias del mundo. La pr\u00e1ctica se trata de poder explorar y comprender c\u00f3mo las cosas est\u00e1n interconectadas y relacionadas, de modo que se puedan encontrar soluciones m\u00e1s profundas.
