Sus entrevistas son cortas y directas. En este caso la apariencia es importante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El entrevistador de mon\u00f3logo<\/strong> es el que habla s\u00f3lo \u00e9l y no deja al entrevistado que aporte mucho. Normalmente habla de la empresa, puesto o, incluso, de \u00e9l mismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El entrevistador que da todo por sabido\u00a0<\/strong>es el que pregunta obviedades y no permite que el entrevistado aporte nada que no est\u00e9 en el curr\u00edculum ya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El entrevistador que no conoce las redes sociales\u00a0<\/strong>es el que se cree que los candidatos tampoco y que no vienen de casa ya informados de c\u00f3mo funciona la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Otros entrevistadores tienen un gui\u00f3n<\/strong> del que no se salen porque est\u00e1 perfectamente detallado, y en caso de que el entrevistado pregunte algo no saben bien qu\u00e9 responder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los entrevistadores que siempre est\u00e1n ocupados<\/strong> son los que mientras entrevistan est\u00e1n haciendo otras cosas como hablar por tel\u00e9fono, leer correos, buscar documentaci\u00f3n, etc. Se disculpan continuamente por las interrupciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El entrevistador por casualidad<\/strong> es el que elige el empresario a \u00faltima hora para que elija al nuevo personal sin conocer mucho el puesto a ocupar ni c\u00f3mo se realiza una selecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFEntrevistadores_de_la_empresa_o_externos\"><\/span>\u00bfEntrevistadores de la empresa o externos?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo cierto es que hay tantos tipos que no podemos enumerarlos todos. Pero <strong>seg\u00fan su origen podemos diferenciarlos entre<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Entrevistador de una empresa de selecci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Suelen ser psic\u00f3logos experimentados pero sin conocimientos espec\u00edficos del puesto de trabajo. Normalmente se centran en la personalidad del candidato y sus motivaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Entrevistador de la propia empresa<\/strong>. Lo que prima son los conocimientos del entrevistado y si se adapta espec\u00edficamente a lo que se est\u00e1 buscando. Hay que convencerle de que se es el candidato ideal y de que se tienen ganas de trabajar. Adem\u00e1s, hay que mostrarle conocimientos, experiencia y atracci\u00f3n por la empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Entrevistador del Departamento de Recursos Humanos.<\/strong> Suele ser una mezcla de los dos anteriores. Se interesan por la personalidad, formaci\u00f3n, actitudes y aptitudes para el puesto en concreto. Busca un perfil determinado que sabe que encaja con los directivos y compa\u00f1eros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Entrevistador trabajando ya en el departamento.<\/strong> Es un futuro compa\u00f1ero el que selecciona, como en la empresa Google. Lo que se intenta averiguar mediante esta f\u00f3rmula es si el trabajador estar\u00e1 a gusto con su potencial compa\u00f1ero, si se es productivo y si se aportar\u00e1s algo interesante al departamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez superada la entrevista hay que ser <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/gestion-empresarial\/eres-eficaz-eficiente-o-efectivo\/\">eficaz y eficiente en el trabajo<\/a>.
