paro?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para poder recibir la prestaci\u00f3n contributiva por desempleo, se deben cumplir una serie de requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encontrarse en situaci\u00f3n legal de desempleo y adem\u00e1s <strong>el cese del empleo se deba a una\u00a0 causa ajena al trabajador.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Acreditar disponibilidad para buscar activamente empleo y para aceptar una colocaci\u00f3n adecuada y suscribir un Compromiso de Actividad.<\/li>\n<li>Tener cotizado por desempleo un per\u00edodo <strong>m\u00ednimo de 360 d\u00edas<\/strong> dentro de los seis a\u00f1os anteriores a la situaci\u00f3n legal de desempleo.<\/li>\n<li>Estar inscrito y mantener la inscripci\u00f3n como demandante de empleo durante todo el periodo de percepci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>En caso de no existir incompatibilidades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En caso de no cumplir estos requisitos, es posible \u00a0optar a otro tipo de ayudas econ\u00f3micas, como el \u00a0<strong>subsidio d<\/strong><strong>e<\/strong><strong> desempleo<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> que supone una cuant\u00eda mensual de 426 euros (80% del IPREM).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFDurante_cuanto_tiempo_me_corresponde_dicha_prestacion\"><\/span>\u00bfDurante cu\u00e1nto tiempo me corresponde dicha prestaci\u00f3n?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Existe una correspondencia entre los d\u00edas trabajados y el periodo de duraci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n. En caso de haber trabajado el m\u00ednimo de un a\u00f1o, se tiene derecho a 120 d\u00edas de prestaci\u00f3n y el m\u00e1ximo paro que se puede cobrar son dos a\u00f1os, cifra que se alcanza al haber trabajado y cotizado seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2194\" title=\"Paro-INESEM\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/gestion-empresarial\/files\/2014\/03\/Paro-INESEM-308x340-custom.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"308\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En caso de haber trabajado a tiempo parcial (5 d\u00edas a la semana como m\u00ednimo con independencia del n\u00famero de horas), se considera un d\u00eda cotizado teniendo repercusi\u00f3n en la cuant\u00eda a cobrar pero no en el n\u00famero de d\u00edas de derecho de la prestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFCuanto_voy_a_cobrar\"><\/span>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto voy a cobrar?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pues la prestaci\u00f3n se calcula teniendo en cuenta\u00a0 la base de cotizaci\u00f3n por contingencias profesionales y\u00a0 conceptos de recaudaci\u00f3n conjunta. La base reguladora ser\u00e1 la media de las bases de accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales, excluida la retribuci\u00f3n por horas extraordinarias por las que la empresa haya cotizado a la Seguridad Social por el trabajador durante los \u00faltimos 180 d\u00edas precedentes a la situaci\u00f3n legal de desempleo o al momento en que ces\u00f3 la obligaci\u00f3n de cotizar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se tiene derecho a cobrar el <strong>70% de esta base de cotizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> durante los primeros 6 meses, mientras que el resto del per\u00edodo la cantidad baja al 60%, sin contar las retenciones de IRPF a la cotizaci\u00f3n a la Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" align=\"center\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2196\" title=\"Prestacion-Desempleo-INESEM\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/gestion-empresarial\/files\/2014\/03\/Prestacion-Desempleo-INESEM-580x209-custom.jpg\" alt=\"Prestacion-Desempleo-INESEM\" width=\"580\" height=\"209\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tambi\u00e9n puedes ir a la p\u00e1gina del SEPE y usar su <a href=\"https:\/\/sede.sepe.gob.es\/dgsimulador\/introSimulador.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">simulador<\/a>, que te ayudar\u00e1 con los c\u00e1lculos, si bien la cantidad resultante no sea vinculante y puede variar de la cifra real a percibir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto me corresponde de paro?
