Pilares fundamentales para su control y desarrollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cDadme una palanca y mover\u00e9 el mundo\u201d, esta frase otorgada a Arqu\u00edmedes podr\u00edamos trasladarla al mundo de los negocios, es decir, si somos capaces de monitorizar ciertas palancas que determinan la performance del mismo podremos \u201cmover nuestro negocio\u201d hacia la direcci\u00f3n correcta en t\u00e9rminos de clientes y rentabilidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Todo negocio est\u00e1 sujeto a 5 grandes palancas o drivers a tener en cuenta para evaluar la buena salud de nuestro negocio:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Cliente<\/li>\n<li>Producto y\/o Servicios ofertados<\/li>\n<li>Entorno<\/li>\n<li>Competencia<\/li>\n<li>Recursos Humanos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Controlar, monitorizar, y realizar un seguimiento de estos 5 ejes nos da la seguridad suficiente para acometer cualquier estrategia con cierta certidumbre de viabilidad. Es decir, sino conozco mis clientes o potenciales prospectos es dif\u00edcil saber qu\u00e9 hacer con ellos, esto va de la mano de saber ofrecer o desarrollar nuevas alternativas de productos o servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Obviar lo que ocurre en el entorno, no solo la competencia, sino la coyuntura del momento, el ambiente pol\u00edtico y social en el que la empresa se ve inmerso nos dota de una ceguera que tiene impacto directo en la performance del negocio y especialmente en los t\u00e9rminos econ\u00f3micos y financieros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">No realizar una buena gesti\u00f3n de los recursos internos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, es decir, los empleados, es sembrar tormentas y recoger huracanes en el medio y largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sin embargo, hacer bien las cosas en estos 5 ejes, siendo coherentes, siendo adaptativos a circunstancias, coyunturas y efectos colaterales nos permitir\u00e1 seguir en la brecha del negocio y nuestra supervivencia estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s que garantizada.
