Han aparecido nuevos conceptos como <strong>Lean Management<\/strong> o <strong>Lean Manufacturing<\/strong>, los cuales seguramente te sean conocidos debido a su novedosa y reiterada implantaci\u00f3n en distintas empresas.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En d\u00edas anteriores, hemos ido publicando art\u00edculos muy relacionados con la filosof\u00eda Lean sobre SCRUM, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/gestion-empresarial\/kanban-el-metodo-para-desarrollar-proyectos-de-exito\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kanban<\/a>, Lean Startup y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/gestion-empresarial\/lean-manufacturing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lean Manufacturing<\/a>. Se puede decir que es un camino directivo que trata de acercar y relacionar todos los agentes que participan en una empresa para que funcione <strong>eficaz y eficientemente<\/strong>. Este concepto se le suele ligar a los procesos de producci\u00f3n (Lean Manufacturing) pero se puede aplicar a <strong>toda la empresa<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u00e1sicamente, esta filosof\u00eda busca que la empresa trate de <strong>producir m\u00e1s con menos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de lograr que los productos salgan en el momento y lugar indicado, con una gran calidad y unos costes lo m\u00e1s reducidos posibles y en la cantidad que se demanda en la actualidad.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es decir, para conseguir estos objetivos, la implantaci\u00f3n de Lean Management debe <strong>eliminar los agentes, procesos y herramientas que conlleven costes adicionales o problemas<\/strong> en el progreso y comercializaci\u00f3n del producto. As\u00ed, se evitan gastos, errores y procesos lentos.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a la aplicaci\u00f3n de este concepto, los directivos podr\u00e1n detectar y solucionar errores, mejorando la operativa sin tener que invertir. Adem\u00e1s, al ser aplicado en toda la empresa, impulsa el trabajo en equipo, consiguiendo acercar la empresa a la <strong>calidad total<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFY_el_Lean_Manufacturing\"><\/span>\u00bfY el Lean Manufacturing?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Lean Manufacturing es un modelo que <strong>buscar mejorar y optimizar los procedimientos de producci\u00f3n eliminando las tareas que no a\u00f1aden valor en el proceso de producci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Las actividades que quitan valor son aquellas llamadas <strong>despilfarros o desperdicios. <\/strong>Algunos de los m\u00e1s comunes son el exceso de producci\u00f3n, la mala organizaci\u00f3n interna, el exceso de inventario o el desaprovechamiento del talento de los empleados.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho de otra forma, se trata de encontrar la manera de <strong>implantar mejoras usando el m\u00ednimo de recursos<\/strong>, erradicando los despilfarros, aumentando la calidad y disminuyendo el tiempo de producci\u00f3n y los costos.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunas de las t\u00e9cnicas que se usan en Lean Manufacturing\u00a0 son los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de la calidad total (TQM), Just in Time, Kaizen, teor\u00eda de las restricciones (TOC) y la reingenier\u00eda de procesos. Todos estos procedimientos est\u00e1n relacionados con los procesos de producci\u00f3n. Mientras que el <strong>Lean Manufacturing<\/strong> se refiere a la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas t\u00e9cnicas y herramientas <strong>a los procesos de producci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es decir, Lean no s\u00f3lo se puede aplicar a la producci\u00f3n, como muchas gente pensaba, sino que es <strong>aplicable a todos los procesos<\/strong>, sin importar los departamentos. Se ha de implantar en donde existan problemas, pues ah\u00ed existen oportunidades de mejora.<\/p>\r\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Algunas_tecnicas_Lean%E2%80%A6\"><\/span>Algunas t\u00e9cnicas Lean\u2026<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La implantaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas y conceptos relacionados con este pensamiento y filosof\u00eda son las llamadas t\u00e9cnicas Lean. En este art\u00edculo vamos a ver un poco en qu\u00e9 consisten las m\u00e1s conocidas. Todas ellas permiten a las empresas <strong>eliminar poco a poco los desperdicios<\/strong> que se ocasionan, adem\u00e1s de obtener unas importante ventajas a nivel, no s\u00f3lo de productividad, sino tambi\u00e9n de dise\u00f1o y desarrollo, plazos de entrega, calidad, etc.<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li><strong>5S<\/strong>: este m\u00e9todo consiste en una t\u00e9cnica con 5 principios asignados a cada una de sus 5 etapas. Requiere el compromiso personal y duradero en temas como la clasificaci\u00f3n, el orden, la limpieza, la normalizaci\u00f3n y la disciplina. Son etapas muy sencillas de implementar y no se necesita formaci\u00f3n muy compleja.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Kanban<\/strong>: es un m\u00e9todo visual que se utiliza para controlar las tareas a trav\u00e9s de su divisi\u00f3n por fases hasta su finalizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Scrum:<\/strong> un conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas para trabajar en equipo y obtener el mejor resultado posible de un proyecto. Se ejecuta en ciclos temporales cortes y de duraci\u00f3n fija, es un proceso iterativo.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_formas_en_que_los_proyectos_agiles_estan_cambiando_la_forma_en_que_trabajamos\"><\/span>4 formas en que los proyectos \u00e1giles est\u00e1n cambiando la forma en que trabajamos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concretamente, la gesti\u00f3n \u00e1gil de proyectos es una nueva forma de trabajar que est\u00e1 cambiando la forma en que &#8216;trabajamos&#8217;.
