Este observ\u00f3 que la parte m\u00e1s importante o lo que genera mayores resultados en cualquier sistema es una parte reducida. A partir de esta representaci\u00f3n es posible identificar los puntos m\u00e1s relevantes con el objetivo de mejorar la toma de decisiones y obtener un mayor impacto con un menor esfuerzo.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Para entender mejor c\u00f3mo utilizar el <strong>diagrama de Pareto<\/strong> vamos a ver un ejemplo pr\u00e1ctico ahora. Imagina una empresa que fabrica y distribuye sus productos a varias tiendas al por menor y quiere disminuir el n\u00famero de devoluciones. Para crear el diagrama de Pareto, lo primero que tenemos que hacer es indicar en una tabla ordenada de mayor a menor las razones que alegan los clientes para devolver los productos y la frecuencia con que se repiten esas razones.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adiremos otras dos columnas donde introduciremos el porcentaje acumulado de cada una de estas razones y sus frecuencias. Para la <strong>construcci\u00f3n del diagrama de Pareto<\/strong> en el eje C colocaremos las razones de las quejas ordenadas de mayor a menor y en vez de trazar solamente un eje Y vamos a trazar dos ejes en el izquierdo o eje principal mediremos el porcentaje individual de la frecuencia y en el eje derecho o eje secundario mediremos el porcentaje acumulado de la frecuencia.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Como se muestra en el gr\u00e1fico si nos fijamos d\u00f3nde se concentra aproximadamente el 80 % de las devoluciones, podemos ver que est\u00e1 provocado por cuatro razones: retrasos en el transporte, da\u00f1os en el producto y errores en la facturaci\u00f3n.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Por lo tanto, para disminuir el problema de la devoluci\u00f3n de los productos ser\u00e1 necesario crear un programa de mejora sobre esas causas y con ello reduciremos casi el 80 % de las devoluciones. Como ves si te concentras en ese peque\u00f1o porcentaje ser\u00e1s m\u00e1s eficiente y ahorrar\u00e1s recursos y energ\u00eda.<\/span><span
