Este nuevo fen\u00f3meno del siglo XXI, se ha convertido en una de las profesiones m\u00e1s comprometidas e innovadoras, siendo los coaches, la figura clave del \u00e9xito del mismo. \u00bfHace falta poseer previamente <strong>habilidades para ser coach?<\/strong> Seg\u00fan nos cuenta John Whitmore, uno de los padres del\u00a0 Coaching, \u201cel coach no es un solucionador de problemas, un maestro, un consejero, un instructor, ni siquiera un experto. Por ello todo buen coach debe reunir un conjunto de habilidades para ser coach.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Autoconfianza.<\/strong> La autoestima y la seguridad en uno mismo se ve reflejada en la forma de actuar de las personas, es su lenguaje corporal y en la forma de expresarse. La principal funci\u00f3n del coach es influenciar positivamente en el coachee, por lo que estas cualidades son esenciales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gran motivaci\u00f3n por ayudar y ense\u00f1ar a los dem\u00e1s.<\/strong> Deben ser personas generosas, siempre dispuestas a ayudar a los dem\u00e1s con sus propios consejos de sus vivencias.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saber escuchar.<\/strong> Realizar una escucha activa, interes\u00e1ndose en todo momento en la conversaci\u00f3n mantenida. Uno de los fundamentos pr\u00e1cticos m\u00e1s importantes, es cuando se est\u00e1 conversando con, permitir que pasen 4 segundos antes de contestar o comentar lo que justo est\u00e1 pensando.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tener un estilo de vida m\u00e1s flexible<\/strong> en cuanto a horarios y tiempos de trabajo. Se deben adaptar a las demandas de sus clientes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tener una gran vocaci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Una de las claves que est\u00e1 teniendo el coaching en nuestra sociedad, es la especializaci\u00f3n que presentan sus coachs en diferentes temas, \u00e1reas, mercados y negocios. Adem\u00e1s de tener presente la importancia entre el mundo profesional y personal, ya que contribuye a que los profesionales sean m\u00e1s productivos y\u00a0 m\u00e1s felices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>escucha, curiosidad y capacidad de an\u00e1lisis<\/strong>. Estas son algunas de las principales cualidades de las que tendr\u00e1 que disponer, generando siempre empat\u00eda, confianza y esperando el momento del cliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otras habilidades para ser<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/gestion-empresarial\/diferencia-entre-coaching-y-mentoring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> coach<\/a> son poseer un <strong>sistema de organizaci\u00f3n, marketing y gesti\u00f3n de clientes eficiente<\/strong>.
