contrato<\/strong>, es decir, que el presupuesto se refiera a proyecto concreto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>En segundo lugar, que haya <strong>causa de la obligaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en el caso de un presupuesto, el prop\u00f3sito de realizar una compra o la contrataci\u00f3n de un servicio.<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo, que haya acuerdo entre las partes contratantes, tanto el proveedor como el
