Incluso sirve para realizar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/orientacion-laboral\/test-del-cafe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">entrevistas de trabajo<\/a>. El caf\u00e9 es uno de los productos m\u00e1s comercializados a nivel global, alimenta las econom\u00edas de muchos pa\u00edses productores y genera empleo para millones de personas. Sin embargo, <strong>la industria del caf\u00e9 se est\u00e1 enfrentando a una grave crisis<\/strong>: una gran subida del precio del caf\u00e9. La combinaci\u00f3n de factores est\u00e1 provocando una gran preocupaci\u00f3n tanto para los productores como a los compradores. Existe una gran<strong> escasez de contenedores<\/strong> con una gran <strong>congesti\u00f3n portuaria debido al conflicto en Medio Oriente<\/strong>. Un <strong>aumento del consumo global, especialmente en China desde 2019<\/strong>. Y una pr\u00f3xima aplicaci\u00f3n de normativas muy estrictas por parte de Europa. Este es el panorama que ha provocado la subida del precio del caf\u00e9, como nunca se hab\u00eda visto en d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Los_mayores_productores_de_cafe_esta_sufriendo_perdidas\"><\/span><strong>Los mayores productores de caf\u00e9 est\u00e1 sufriendo p\u00e9rdidas<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Brasil<\/strong>, con una <strong>participaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del<strong> 40% a la industria del caf\u00e9<\/strong>, y <strong>Vietnam<\/strong>, con un <strong>16,5%<\/strong>, son los<strong> l\u00edderes del mercado global del caf\u00e9<\/strong>. Por ello, cuando alguno de estos <strong>pa\u00edses sufren graves problemas<\/strong>, el impacto puede llegar a ser mundial.\u00a0Desde los a\u00f1os 70 no se ve\u00eda una subida del precio del caf\u00e9 tan alta. Los <strong>granos<\/strong> de <strong>robusta<\/strong>, el que se usa para elaborar <strong>caf\u00e9 soluble<\/strong>, han superado los<strong> 5.200 d\u00f3lares por tonelada<\/strong>. El precio de la subida del caf\u00e9 se debe a una <strong>escasez de la materia prima<\/strong> que lleva avis\u00e1ndose mucho tiempo.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Impacto_del_cambio_climatico_en_la_produccion_del_cafe\"><\/span><strong>Impacto del cambio clim\u00e1tico en la producci\u00f3n del caf\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Lo que ha ocurrido en <strong>Brasil, las heladas, sequ\u00edas y temperaturas extremas tan altas<\/strong>, han provocado la<strong> reducci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n<\/strong>, especialmente en la <strong>variedad de mayor calidad: la ar\u00e1bica<\/strong>. Y, otro de los mayores pa\u00edses productores de los <strong>granos de Robusta, Vietnam<\/strong>, se encuentra afectado con <strong>grandes sequ\u00edas y tifones.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al igual ocurre con <strong>Indonesia<\/strong>, se est\u00e1n <strong>enfrentando ambos pa\u00edses a climas muy desfavorables para la producci\u00f3n<\/strong> que pueden llegar a <strong>reducir el rendimiento un 20%<\/strong>, lo que significar\u00eda <strong>grandes p\u00e9rdidas<\/strong> para el mercado. Y Brasil se encuentra bajo un estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico por la gran sequ\u00eda,<strong> la m\u00e1s dura en 70 a\u00f1os,<\/strong> junto con una ola de calor que est\u00e1 provocando la pr\u00f3xima producci\u00f3n. Ser\u00e1 una <strong>cosecha m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a<\/strong> que la de los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Restricciones_en_las_rutas_de_distribucion_entre_Asia_y_Europa\"><\/span><strong>Restricciones en las rutas de distribuci\u00f3n entre Asia y Europa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>conflicto en el Medio Oriente<\/strong> est\u00e1 <strong>afectando a la ruta en el Mar Rojo<\/strong>, siendo uno de los trayectos m\u00e1s importantes para el transporte del caf\u00e9. El caf\u00e9 es un producto que se mueve por v\u00eda mar\u00edtima y por la situaci\u00f3n, han tenido que optar por rutas m\u00e1s extensas:<strong> rodear el Cabo de Buena Esperanza en vez de entrar por el canal de Suez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, <strong>ha provocado el incremento en el coste del transporte debido a la peligrosidad y el abastecimiento<\/strong> de la materia prima en los pa\u00edses destino. Supone<strong> mayor gasto de combustible<\/strong>, un<strong> aumento de salarios para los transportistas<\/strong>. Como consecuencia ocurre que una gran subida del precio del caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"China_y_Europa_un_consumo_excesivo_del_cafe\"><\/span><strong>China y Europa, un consumo excesivo del caf\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Otra de la<strong>s causas de la subida del precio del caf\u00e9<\/strong> es el <strong>aumento del consumo en pa\u00edses de Europa y en China<\/strong>, quien <strong>ha incrementado sus importaciones un 63% en 5 a\u00f1os.<\/strong> En <strong>Europa<\/strong>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/RegData\/etudes\/ATAG\/2022\/733624\/EPRS_ATA(2022)733624_ES.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><strong>nuevo reglamento de Deforestaci\u00f3n de la UE<\/strong><\/a> <strong>proh\u00edbe la compra de productos de \u00e1reas deforestadas<\/strong>. Esta nueva regulaci\u00f3n afecta a bienes como la soja, el cacao, el caf\u00e9, el aceite de palma, la madera, el caucho o el carb\u00f3n vegetal. Todos ellos son productos que contribuyen a deforestar territorios, convirtiendo a la UE ser responsable del 10% de la deforestaci\u00f3n mundial por sus importaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, est\u00e1 provocando que los <strong>comerciantes compren granos de caf\u00e9<\/strong>. El continente ha pasado a <strong>aumentar sus existencias de reservas f\u00edsicas<\/strong>, pero reflejando una alta subida en el precio del caf\u00e9. Han pasado de <strong>6,4 millones de sacos a 8,4 millones de sacos<\/strong>, siendo el nivel m\u00e1s alto desde octubre de 2023.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Necesidad_de_ajustar_el_precio_del_cafe\"><\/span><strong>Necesidad de ajustar el precio del caf\u00e9<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Para poder <strong>mantener un equilibrio entre vender un buen producto de alta calidad<\/strong> como es el caf\u00e9 y <strong>asegurar precios justos<\/strong> para <strong>productores<\/strong> y <strong>consumidores<\/strong>, es una<strong> tarea muy compleja<\/strong> que necesita de estrategias muy medidas. La llave puede estar en los vendedores de caf\u00e9 de especialidad, que tanto se ha puesto de moda \u00faltimamente, quienes deben ajustar los precios. Debe permanecer el compromiso con la equidad y la responsabilidad ambiental.<\/p>\n<p><!-- notionvc: 667cd81d-5c8d-450e-9c1c-aa03b2b9e0a5
