{"id":1815,"date":"2016-06-14T18:11:25","date_gmt":"2016-06-14T16:11:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/juridico\/?p=1815"},"modified":"2020-05-20T16:24:05","modified_gmt":"2020-05-20T14:24:05","slug":"requisitos-para-la-formacion-continua-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inesem.es\/revistadigital\/juridico\/requisitos-para-la-formacion-continua-trabajadores","title":{"rendered":"5 Requisitos para la formaci\u00f3n continua para trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/formacionprogramadaonline.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">formaci\u00f3n programada<\/a><\/strong> se gestiona a trav\u00e9s de un cr\u00e9dito formativo que tienen todas las empresas privadas, proveniente de las cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social. Este cr\u00e9dito es una cantidad variable que se asigna a las empresas en funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de trabajadores contratados en R\u00e9gimen General. El m\u00ednimo asignado es de 420 euros anuales, que reciben las empresas que tienen entre uno y cinco personas en n\u00f3mina. Esta partida se asigna de manera anual y las empresas deben usarlo en el curso del a\u00f1o; si no realizan ninguna formaci\u00f3n, el cr\u00e9dito se pierde y se asigna uno nuevo a partir del siguiente 1 de enero.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; color: #000000;\">Requisitos para la formaci\u00f3n continua<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para que una persona pueda estudiar a cargo de estas bonificaciones a la Seguridad Social debe cumplir estos cinco <strong>requisitos para la formaci\u00f3n continua.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ser trabajador en activo de una empresa privada<\/li>\n<li>Estar cotizando en el R\u00e9gimen General de la Seguridad Social<\/li>\n<li>Cursar una formaci\u00f3n relacionada con su puesto de trabajo o con la actividad de la empresa en la que trabaja<\/li>\n<li>Que la empresa autorice la formaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Que la empresa cuente con suficiente cr\u00e9dito formativo para cubrir el importe del curso<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si el trabajador cumple estos requisitos para la formaci\u00f3n continua se inicia el proceso de matriculaci\u00f3n. El primer paso es que el interesado hable con su empresa (departamento de Formaci\u00f3n, Recursos Humanos o Direcci\u00f3n) para que prepare la siguiente documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adhesi\u00f3n al contrato de Encomienda de Organizaci\u00f3n de la Formaci\u00f3n: con este documento la entidad impartidora de la formaci\u00f3n puede consultar el cr\u00e9dito formativo que tiene disponible la empresa<\/li>\n<li>Ficha de matriculaci\u00f3n: con los datos del trabajador y de la formaci\u00f3n que quiere recibir<\/li>\n<li>Cabecera de la \u00faltima n\u00f3mina del trabajador<\/li>\n<li>Copia del documento nacional de identidad (o equivalente) del trabajador.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si desea m\u00e1s
